I'm not saying the price is high, I'm saying it's cheap.
£3700 for 2 adults plus 2 kids for a 7-night cruise with a balcony (on a brand new ship) in the school summer holidays strikes me as very cheap. |

Not a tip as such, but as an alternative to the buffet or one of the mdr, breakfast and lunch are served in Cafe Jardin, which is one of the two specialty restaurants on board. It is located on deck 7 and is open to views of the atrium, which is one of the nicest we have seen on a ship.

Britannia is going in to have the central staircase correct and also the issue with the stairs at the lofts forward and aft. I really struggled with Britannia to figure out what was where!
Glad you enjoyed it. Would defo go on Britannia again after the refit to see what it’s like. |

Good to know they are doing the central staircase as I'd only seen rumours. We struggled too all week and we've sailed on much larger ships with more to navigate!
😂😂 my husband just said 'oooh spicey' and we walked off. She was a classy looking lady lol. I didn't fancy my chances in a fight! Oh I see lol sorry. £3700 is high to me for a week but we only have the 2 of us to pay for and don't have to do school hols! So I can often find a bargain |

I think DCL is so over priced that anything else will seem cheap.
I paid about £2000 for p & o last year in an inside cabin. I’m sure when I looked at DCL it was £7k for a similiar cruise. You don’t get any of the Disney touches though. The Disney ships and cabins are beautiful. The shows are excellent and I loved the rotating restaurant assignments. But for the price I paid for p & o I was more than happy with our cruise. |
