As early as possible You will need all your time to get round the houses as they get very busy very quickly

Get there for opening, maybe 30 mins before because the queues do build by the gate, most of the time they let you in 15 minutes early too depending on how quick then can empty the park.

Even better get into a holding pen which are dotted around the park find the house you want to do the most and wait.

Can you only get to the holding pens if you have separate Universal entry? We only have HHN tickets this year.

I think you need the day entry tickets to be in a holding area in the park.
We too only have HHN tickets, planning on getting there by 5.30

There is a new add on for HHN which gets you early entry to stay and scream (holding pens) if you don't have day tickets, it cost $25. It's on the HHN website

Hey - it depends!

If you are doing stay and scream (You have a universal day tickets and HHN ticket or purchased the stay and scream addon) then you need to be INSIDE the park BEFORE 5pm.

If you have express passes you can be there whenever you want.

If you dont have express and arent doing stay and scream then id advise getting to the park no later than 5.30pm to queue up to go in!

Any other questions lemme know

Thanks for the information

I think I've covered all bases...

No Universal park tickets.
BOGOF HHN passes (planning to go 3rd & 6th October).
Express passes for 3rd October.
Scream Early (new name for Stay & Scream) passes usable either date.

So I just need to decide which day to use the early entrance. Should I pair it with the express pass & aim to do most things on the 3rd, or should I save it for the 6th as added time on our second night where we don't have express? Decisions!
