Requesting room Disney on-site hotels

Hi, I’d ideally like to request specific rooms at Beach Club - I know it’s never guaranteed you’ll get what you asked for, but does anyone have any advice as to the best way (and time) to do this in advance please?

Same!

Used them many times. Some times it’s worked out, others not. It seems very much luck of the draw

I've never done it before, but I plan on calling them up this week to see if they can add my requests to my booking. I'm not requesting a specific room/building or anything though, just not ground floor and no adjoining room door because I'm a solo female traveller and want to feel as safe as possible when I'm out there next year 🤞

If you call Disney direct they can add requests to your booking
