Carrot & corriander soup

Would like to try and make my own. Does anyone have a good and simple recipe?

I would so love to know this myself! I love carrot and coriander soup but would like homemade so that it's something I could share with my baby.

Carrots peeled and chopped, a bit of onion, throw it in some veg stock. Season as you wish. Add corriandor leaf for a few mins then whizz up. That's what I do. Easy.

Try bbc good food recipes for soup,I always hold back a bit of stock then add more if needed once it�s whizzed up!
I�m new to making soups .but love it I�ve made loads ! You can change it to your taste as you go.very easy to make up a recipe or do a cross of two recipes.experiment!
