Wild garlic
Has anyone used this and what have you made? This might sound silly but does it taste as it smells? We have loads growing near us and I would like to use it somehow. I’ve found a few recipes online but what are your recommendations?

We picked a fair bit last year. I used a lot to make pesto which was lovely with pasta and Used some with other salad leaves.

I looked at the pesto recipe so I might try that one. Do you have the leaves just as fresh leaves in a salad?

James Martin was talking this morning about how much there was around at the moment. He also uses it for pesto and making garlic butter. He said to pick plenty as it freezes well too.

Yes just the leaves we used in salad. Although I was told that the whole plant is edible (flower bulb etc)
