We have a vintage VW camper van and a vintage VW beetle in our garage plus all DH building and gardening equipment. (3 car garage)

The actual cars that are used everyday have been relegated and live outside.

I never go in the garage really but DH spends a decent amount of time in there. 🤔😂

Our house was built before cars existed, our old foreman converted an outbuilding to a garage for his car, but the door is too low to fit our car in now so it's used for storage again.

We can't usually park out the front of our house as there is hardly ever any space, it's resident parking but it seems that in the past decade that when a house goes up for sale it is sold to a property developer and is turned into several one bedroomed flats, all very well but in one converted house there can be up to as many as 8 people living there who also want a parking space, our garage is a double garage at the bottom of our garden so the car is in there most of the time now.

Nope, we converted it a few months after we moved in nearly 15vyears ago. It's been a library, playroom and is now a music/computer room.

Garage is just for storage and we couldn't put a car in as we have a side extension with a gap big enough for a wheelie bin and garage is at the bottom of the garden.

We had all our front garden block paved so we can both park on our drive and when we have visitors we can get 5 cars on the drive (blocking each other in)

We had a big double garage but we converted about 3/4 of it into a cinema room and home office and the remaining 1/4 is storage.

In my previous house, which was a rental when we lived overseas, we had a massive double garage but we never put the car in it.

I remember your conversion thread. Lovely job.

There are 7 houses in close. Only one uses for cars and they have had middle post of double garage removed and a electric door put in. The garages are just too tight for cars.

Our garage is for storage. I don't actually know if we could actually get out of the car if we drove it in there.

We have 3 cars parked on our drive.

16 years ago I had a clio and it fitted fine so used to park it in there. Now I have a Touran, no chance it will fit.
