I drive past this property regularly. It always surprises me that no one has redeveloped it as it is in a prime location. If anyone couldn't tell from the maps, it is the northeast corner of the junction of I4 and 192 right across from the Melia Orlando Celebration. I guess sites without huge demolition issues must be more appealing.
