Was at Pop last month 70s section..
Liked the rooms - just me so the extra space the Murphy bed gave was great.
Total skyliner convert - loved it!
Food court was just OK but didn't use it very much.
Housekeeping was very poor.
Bus stops at the parks/ springs were always the furthest away.
Would I stay there again? Yes

I enjoyed the pot roast, the big pizza and the coffee cake (tastes of cinnamon!)

I love reading all these positive reviews, it’s why we booked there.

Can’t wait to check in, just five weeks away now!

Only spent a couple of days there not long after skyliner opened but enjoyed it. There was only the 2 of us and we found the room fine. We were close to the centre and the main pool. The food court had enough options for quick meals. It is a well laid out resort and has the great advantage of being on the skyliner route.

Would it help if I said I've stayed at Pop in 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, and have just booked Pop for a few days for my upcoming trip?

Basically I really like Pop. The rooms are fairly recently refurbished and were really comfortable when I was last there in 2019. Skyliner (which I got to use in 2019) was amazing, it was so fast and easy to use and more fun than the bus with less waiting time! Buses also tended to come quite frequently. I really like Hourglass Lake (the lake between Pop and AoA) and there's a nice path that goes all around it.

Did you find it a pain in having to change at Caribbean Beach with the Skyliner?

Not at all and rarely more than a handful of people waiting

We never had a problem with it bearing in mind it had not long opened and was a novelty. The queue kept moving and if we had to wait it was no more than a few minutes.

Really liked it (we stayed in May) in 50s section. Would be more than happy to stay again.

Pros
SKYLINER!
Loved the fun theming

Cons
The food court can get a bit loud and mental at times but hey all part of the fun!

My cousin was staying at Port Orleans at same time and they came to visit us at pop and actually said they preferred our room as it was more Disney!
