I did ours on Sunday and it only asks for a picture and attestation form for children under 18. DS1 is 16 and fully vaccinated and I didn�t need to put anything for him or my 11 year old.

Yes we travelled in May, uploaded everything to the app including our covid tests and we were able to go straight to baggage drop and through secruity at gatwick in 30 minutes. Our son is 7 unvaccinated.
