I've now had chance to Google.

It turns out if it's a Crown Court sentence (which this was) then a member of the public can ask for a review within 28 days.

So it looks like any of us can request it...

Yep - I read law (civil) many years ago and recall its not difficult to appeal - like I said I think the complainant has that chance (&#129310

There is absolutely no excuse for speeding, and to be caught so many times and get away with it is unforgivable. My hubby and dog had a very close shave today when a car overtook another on and stayed on the wrong side of the road to go round a roundabout in the wrong direction! It then sped off at high speed in a 30 mile an hour area. Hubby was crossing over and on then traffic island by the roundabout, I dread to think what could have happened.

I think today’s court case was about a breach of a restraining order which she pleaded guilty to.

No doubt tomorrows papers will be full of god awful pictures posing on some holiday, having got off again.

Yes 'failing to provide information on who was driving car when given speeding fine' was due in court today, but she sunning herself in Thailand!

We have the justice system to blame for that, I don't know what she has to do before they will actually punish her.
