Paying annual dues

We have three home resorts and I am aware on the DVC website it states pay by 15 January am I right in believing you can pay a week or so later ? Usually pay with my Halifax clarity card and the cut off date is the 20 January.

I have always paid it before so not absolutely certain of this but don’t think you technically fall in default until the month after.

Think you're in default by around valentines day? So the 13th or 14th? Up until then they dont seem to worry! I only know this as I once thought dh had paid it and he thought I had! 😳. I'm now in charge! 😉

Yes, while the deadline for dues states, The due date to make your Annual Dues payment in full is January 15th.

You can actually make payment in full up to 14th February as it also states within 2022 Annual Dues Statements under your Notifications To avoid late fees and interest assessments Annual Dues payments must be posted to your account by February 14th. Late fees and interest occur on February 15th, and each month thereafter on any past due balance.

We've paid in early Feb some years with no impact on membership or any late fees applied.

Has peoples monthly dues been taken yet for July? Mine hasn't but I am auto enrolled. Wasn't sure if it was because of the Holiday weekend in the US?

Ours are never taken until the 16th of the month. If yours go earlier then probably is because of today being a holiday.

Just checked and mine has not been taken today and its usually the first Monday of the month so I assume its something to do with today being a celebration of treason :-)

Another middle of the month.
Agree with everyone else you "have" until 14th Feb, we're on DD so don't really worry about it, just have to keep topping the account up
