I am happy to have no smoking in the parks. Presumably smokers have to endure the long flight which is no smoking, so it's not much different to that?

OK, in November you still had to wear masks - but by March you didn’t. It was an absolute pleasure to walk round, watch parades and shows with no-one smoking in your face.
Thats nice to know, it was awful the one time i've been.

That is akin to pointing out that George Washington was a slave owner. That clearly don’t make owning slaves right!

Times have changed!

I had people light up right next to me and my grandaughter while watching the fireworks at DLP. And 5hey had a small child with them.

People can smoke if they want but don’t force it on people who don’t smoke, keep the fowl smells and carcinogenic chemicals to yourself.

This reminds me of a joke. A man in a train carriage asks his fellow passenger if they mind if he smokes.

Not at all was the answer, if you don’t mind if I fart in your face!

Isn’t this thread just designed to provoke a reaction?

I think it was a reasonable observation. I’m not a smoker but I’m not horrified by others that do it. I guess we all have things we enjoy, mine is wine.

I think it’s reasonable for Disney to have a dedicated area personally. I also think drinking alcohol should be confined to designated areas.

Presumably speaking as a non-smoker !

I still haven't got over the fact you can't smoke on the planes or a lot of the Airports

Well yes clearly I'm a non smoker and yes I don't feel bad wanting fresh, clean air around me.

I'm not completely heartless though and in all honesty I'd probably be fine with a designated area as long as it's well away from the main thoroughfares.

Absolutely would not go back to smoking on planes though I'm afraid.

The reaction it is trying to provoke is to ask that is it unreasonable to provide an area for smokers that has to be consciously entered and is secluded enough not to detract from other guests enjoyment.

To me this does not seem to much to ask for ?
