No weight gain on holiday, happy with that. I had sensible breakfast and lunch fruit for snack, whatever I fancy for dinner & 1 cocktail. I had about 5 sweet treats (ice cream or carrot cake) for the 11 day trip but all the walking worked it's magic!

Back home my plan is to eat as healthy as I can again. It will be good to see some weight loss this month and I don't plan to keep up the cocktails or treats

How is everyone?

We had a great time in Florida. Just on the last couple of days of school holidays and back on Monday.

Had my check this week and sugars in a totally normal level at 36 so they should tell me the diabetes is in remission.

They checked my cholesterol as well which was good. Bad numbers down, good numbers up!
