It was definitely the longest travel day we've had, everything just seemed to be against us for this trip, covid, storms, delays, staff shortages, hotels We can laugh about it now but back then I either cried or was almost ready to cry on many occasions but we were finally in our happy place after 3 cancelled trips and almost 3 years xx

What a nightmare waiting to check in with BA. At least once you got to the front, they were able to sort whatever the IT issue was with your ESTA and you made it onto the plane eventually. I'm sure being in Florida made all the stress worthwhile.
