We downloaded a VPM linked to Google chrome but can't get it to work resorted to phoning. We want to go before the prices rise in September and we had two dates we could do this.

If you have an apple phone you could allways try apple pay or even PayPal if you have it.

On PayPal if you have a fee free card make sure you click the button that lets you pay in $ so you get your cards FX rate not Paypals.

Absolutely this! When I went through PayPal it was showing as something like $1.16, whereas with my Monzo account I got $1.23 I think. Our 3 tickets (2ad, 1ch) was £275.

Paypal used to have it as one button to press to change. But now make it slightly less obvious.

Just wanted to say thanks for this guide! After several days issue as with Fairfx xard I finally managed to get our tickets this morning via TunnelBear and all now showing on MDE etc 😀
