Seaworld - No Pets Ahoy Show ?
Does anyone know what happened to the above ?
It used to be my favourite at Seaworld with the Cats, Dogs and other critters performing. Also some of said animals used to come down to the front at the end of the show. Went on Monday and no sign of it. |

When I was there in May/June they had a different 'pet show' in the theatre. This just had pet handlers walking on holding various animals that had been rescued in California - no connection to Florida at all. I thought the show was dreadful compared to Pets Ahoy.
They had also changed the Clyde & Seamore Show to try and make it more Eco friendly but it too was very poor by comparison with the 2 previous shows. |

That’s Sea World crossed off my list then 😡 Cats on high wires were the highlight of my visits !
Is there still a mime artist at the Clyde & Seamore show ? |

Kinda surprised these animals shows are even still going after the huge backlash Sea World gets since that documentary Black Fish was released.

We went to SeaWorld in May and like others I was disappointed to see Pets Ahoy gone. There was also no show in the main theatre.
Clyde & Seymour show was poor. The best bit was the pre show mine. I used to really enjoy SeaWorld and I know there are probably still post Covid issues. However, it seems as if the park is moving away from its ‘animal roots’ and more towards a ‘thrill ride’ park - which I guess works for a lot of people. |

Oh no I’m gutted reading these comments. We loved both of those shows. What shows are on there now?

When we went, there were no indoor shows (this was May - it may have changed). The only shows were the Dolphins, whales and Clyde & Seymour.
Personally, unless your main reason for visiting is to ride the coasters, I’d give it a miss for now. Edited at 08:39 PM. |
