BA Booking LHR but AA Flight

From 12 July 2022, all AA-operated flights currently using LHR T5 (JFK, MIA, DFW and LAX) are moving back to T3 until further notice.

This effectively puts AA back where they were before the pandemic, with all AA operated flights operating to/from LHR T3.

It’s not quite pre-pandemic for BA-operated flights since some routes that were at T3 back then (in particular Miami for this forum) are now at T5.

Who knows what else could change for the winter and beyond…

I am really confused what to do now. We booked Bath Road Premier Inn for the night before because of the nearby Purple Parking for terminal 5.
Our flight out to Miami (AA) is now t3 but our return is still BA and flying into t5. No idea if I should be trying to change it.
Is it straight forward to get from t5 to t3 if we stay with the same PP booking?

Same here, booked Sofitel when they announced the move to T5. Tesco vouchers too so can’t change.

Really not looking forward to carrying all the luggage over on the tube.

Just logged in on the website that’s showing T3 but app is still T5 even after updating.

There could be people travelling in a few days that don’t know, pretty poor communication.

Yes, it is not flagged up at all, I wouldn't have noticed it on the app if I hadn't been looking for it.

Mine shows as T3 again on MMB on the website but still T5 on the app. I need to try and change the lounge back to T3, No 1 lounges will be sick of me because it's the 4th change!

ETA - literally just got the email through to say it was changed to T3. Talk about late to the party!

Just had our email saying AA flight on 14th Aug has moved to T3, lucky had not cancelled my original T3 parking
