EU-PFL forms? Do I need it?

Hi, off to Paris week after next on the Eurostar? I've sorted vaccination proof out and a covid test for dd is booked as she had her booster in the US so not linked to her NHS app! Annoying!

Just seen mention of this PFL form? Do I need it? It's not mentioned on the Eurostar website?

Any help greatly appreciated?

She's 21, so needs the booster. She works for Disney so has actually had 2 boosters but unfortunately they were in the USA so not on the NHS app! Thought it easier to pay for a test then try and use her card?

PLF forms are only required if flying.

app.euplf.eu/#/

I have completed ours, if they don’t ask for them then so be it.

I’m flying with Air France so do I just print the PLF? Or does it need uploaded to the airline? Also is it the airline that checks the covid passes? Do I need these printed?

I'm not sure for Paris, but we've just been to Spain and Covid passes weren't checked at Manchester Airport, though they were checked on arrival in Spain at Security. Both Printed or on the NHS app were being accepted.
