Was there end of May/beginning of June. With the odd ‘dead spot’, the Wi-Fi in the parks was pretty good and so much better than our previous visit in 2004. No issues using it for Genie+/ADRs, keeping in touch with other family members and downloading 5MB photopass pics. As long as you’re not planning on streaming Netflix whilst in the parks, you should be fine. Was using an iPhone 13 Pro, and hit all four parks, Disney Springs and POFQ resort during our stay.

We managed the whole holiday with just WiFi.

We had no car this time and used WiFi in all the parks, shopping malls and restaurants etc to book Uber/Lyft.

You shouldn't need to use data if you don't want to.

It's OK and you'll largely get by.

But for £10 you can get a PAYG Three Sim from Amazon which will mean you have cellular data throughout your trip - useful for when WiFi fails but also for when you are out of WiFI range, and it is sure to happen at times.

£10 more on a holiday costing thousands of pounds? No-brainer isn't it?
