Anyone else had issues with Tui/excursion vouchers

Booked a package online with TUi and not sure I’ll bother again. They never answer the phone, live chat kicks you out even when you say you’re happy to wait for an advisor and they can’t advise on much through messenger which takes around 48 hours for a response. Latest issue is we have booked water park tickets. They’ve emailed confirmation and said to print the voucher-the voucher clearly stated on it that it’s not a voucher and doesn’t need to be printed! Tells you to go to a tui link to print the voucher which doesn’t recognise the reference number even though it has the format the link needs 😡 and apparently we need a QR code which isn’t on anything TUI have sent us

Thought I’d bump my post to see if anyone can advise. I tried Facebook messenger and 2.5 days later they’ve replied and provided a link to try which just takes me to the voucher I was emailed in the first place which doesn’t contain the QR code required at the park. We have a Tui store a few miles away, so going to attempt there tomorrow!
