Thanks for this my husband had actually just found this and finally spoke to someone who appeared to care - she said she will look into it and will phone back so fingers crossed.

Was that early yesterday morning ? We flew from Inverness via Manchester and had the same carry on that we weren’t checked right through but in the end we were glad as the amount of cases lying at baggage claim belt no 11 in terminal 3 all bound for Aberdeen was unbelievable. I hope you get them all back.

Hi it was Monday Morning we landed at 7.45am and according to the guy who contacted us it was belt 11 …..glad you got through it all ok

Yea we arrived in just after 8am so it would of been some of yours. They all had transfer labels on them and were ticked to Aberdeen so it’s a shame they didn’t make. Hopefully you get them soon.

Just wondering did you ever get your bags ? Looks like we might have to do this route home as our flight to Inverness looks to be cancelled 😭
