Masterminds on Netflix. We enjoyed it, it made me laugh. Loosely ( very loosely &#128516 based on the biggest heist in the US

Went to see Fly Me to the Moon the other day.

It was a very good film - we all enjoyed it.

Looking forward to seeing It Ends With Us - the film adaptation of the very popular Colleen Hoover book.

Watched The Beautiful Game on Netflix this evening. It’s an uplifting story based on the homeless World Cup. We really enjoyed it, I feel it could have had a bit more depth to it, but felt it was a heartwarming, enjoyable film

Just re-watched a couple of oldies.

Blazing Saddles - Not only, in my opinion, the funniest film ever, but also the best anti racism, any homophobia etc film ever made.

And then The Godfather and Godfather II. Cinema at its finest

Twisters

Predictable but watchable. I think definitely a film best seen at the cinema.

Last night I watched Cottage Country on Prime, a silly horror comedy. It was fun but obviously a bit gross too. Not the best film but not too bad either.

I was always a big fan of the original and remember the attraction at Universal, so was very much intrigued to see how this compared.

Glad to say it was a really enjoyable film and would recommend it to anyone who likes the original.
We saw this at the weekend and I must admit, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.

Fine choices. We went to see the 25th Anniversary screening of The Mummy last weekend. It's a totally different film on a big screen.

However, where are the films from today we'll trouble ourselves to go back and watch in 25 years?
