Me Dissuziq – Age old enough to know better, WDW nut, works hard, plays hard and addicted to organising.

Brother Dave – Age younger than me doesn’t let me forget it! , Chief Dibb Mickey taker but loves WDW.

Tuesday 11th December.

Must be getting used to the time zone as up later today 7.30am ha ha! . Today it was sightseeing and shopping at the Fashion Show Mall.

Up for breakfast at the Raffles Cafe as cannot be bothered to hunt out another eating place for breakfast as the food was good and the atmosphere was a calm morning place compared to the casino.

Set off on our destination of the Fashion Show Mall, with sightseeing at the Lions at MGM and maybe the Secret Garden at the Mirage.

The Lions were just coming into the enclosure and as it was on our way watched them for a while and then found our way out of the MGM, quite a feat, anyone been inside a LV casino will be impressed as that is the hardest thing to find the EXIT.



Once on the outside, we decided to walk to the cola bottle and look at the M&M store and the Coca Cola shop I also noticed the Tix4tonite box office just opening and suggested that we book some seats for tomorrow night, and I would go back there tomorrow as it was not far via the monorail from the hotel, so I noted the opening time 10am (please note this) and then made...

Mistake number one thinking we could see the hotel so walking was an option DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS! Unless you are an Olympic Athlete.

We managed to get nearly there and to avoid a row with myself decided that after a coffee at the mirage we would get a taxi, so for the princely sum of $5 we go to the mall.



The huge mall had everything on my list, plus the pricing of a PS3 for one of Dave’s friends, could not find the UGGs I wanted but I had seen then in Caesars near the hotel so not too disappointed, just ate lunch at teh food court at subway and then walked over to the venetian hotel via the lobby of the Wynn



and then the monorail back to the MGM and the walkway to the New York New York with an early dinner at Nine Fine Irishmen, back rested and changed for the Spice Girls.




The Spice Girls were out to prove a point even though Emma Bunton slipped and hurt her leg, the show still had seats available, and spoke to someone who got tickets that day from the box office, the venue was also smaller that the ones in the UK.


Good but tiring day...

Know what you mean about finding exits. The times we spent trying get out of some of the damn places !
