180 day ADR with DLP also fastpasses

I'm a bit confused with the DLP process for booking ADRs, is it the same as WDW E.G 180 days beforehand?

Also when do I have to start booking fastpasses?

Just conscious I'm nearly at 180 day mark and don't want to miss anything

Hi there!

You dont need to book Fastpasses for DLP, they still use the old Fastpass machines and I think you can make restaurant reservations from 60 days

You will probably get places in restraints two weeks out even at the time you are there but book Cafe Mickey early at 60 days out. You might want to book Walts and Blue Lagoon early of you are going at a busy time.

We've only ever booked restaurants while actually there (we've been 7 or 8 times). The only one we've tried to get and failed was Walts.

As PPs state, reservations can be made 60 days out by telephone only.

You can also get a printed slip of your reservations from your hotel or from City Hall when you arrive. I like to double check then just to make sure they're all made

Unlike WDW, you shouldn't have any trouble finding a table at most restaurants even without making reservations (so long as you're happy to wait) but if you have your heart set on any or if you're going at a busy time then it's worth doing just to make sure.
