Charter travel reviews

hi all,

I am looking to book a holiday for next year and have recieved quotes from charter travel which are very good.

Has any one ever had any bad experiences with them - i usually book with virgin direct but wanting to book before flights are released - just feeling a bit nervous

Most people on here who have used them are happy with them, there are some bad stories but not many and I'd be cautious if there wasn't a story about an odd occasion where it didn't go right, as thatvshluld ring alarm bells - no company can be perfect all the time x

I have used them 3 times and never had a problem, you will find mixed reviews but I think the main problem has been lack of initial response for people wanting quotes.

Used them once in 2012. I had a bad experience. Awful customer service, very rude people.

Broken promises and tried to take every penny from me.

Would never use them again.

Charter travel were good for our disney booking this year - hotel and tickets only

We've used them twice, really helpful. I also recommended them to a work colleague, who is now booking her second holiday with them.
If it's a good price I think you should probably go for it!

we have booked with them for next year. Leah was who we dealt with and she has been very good and i couldn't get near the price doing things direct etc.

You are probably well aware but worth remembering you can’t pay by credit card only bank transfer.

Opinions will be split on here many love them, I’ve never booked with them personally as the times I’ve asked for quotes they’ve been very rude (lied in the email about exclusive benefits only available with them which were standard on site things) and the prices weren’t great so it wasn’t worth considering for me.
