VEA shuttle from Charles de Gualle

I know many of you stay on site, but as I booked a last minute holiday I couldn't afford it! I'm staying off site in a hotel in Torcy and I'm wondering if the best/ cheapest/ quickest way to the hotel is to get either;
  • RER train from Charles de Gualle to paris then to Torcy (Takes around 1.5 hours though)
  • or take the VEA shuttle to Disney and then get the RER train to Torcy from Marne-le-vallee. (Is the VEA shuttle only for disneyland guests though like the shuttle in Florida?)

Thought about the TGV but it just seems so expensive and complicated to get the right train if the flight is delayed.

Any other suggestions would be great! I go on Tuesday and I'm so excited

Thanks

TGV will be easier and quicker than either of those. Or what about a private transfer? Lots of people on here use them.

Thanks, I've had a look at the TGV prices, and I just thought it was a bit expensive?! Its £72 to get the TGV from the airport to MArne-le vallee. Thats for one adult and one youth!

Had a look at private transfer before and thought it was a bit expensive but it turns out its only £10 more to get a private car than the bus then train. Might as well pay £10 to have less hassle! I found Sun transfers to be the cheapest at €104 after reading a thread and someone recommended them. Thanks for your help!

We didn't like the VEA. It can get caught in traffic and takes a long time anyway. If you can afford it I would take the train. Getting the VEA to Marne La Vallee and then a train to Torcy would be a long journey.

I would always use a private transfer. So much less hassle. Plus you get to Disney so much faster!
