French Strikes

The French Ferry Workers are on strike again causing mayhem.

I'm due to go on Minday by Eurostar and starting to get a little worried.

Twice now all Eurostar services have had to be cancelled along with the Ferry crossing.

Is anyone else due to go soon that might be affected?

Apparently after the 4th they will be unemployed anyway so any more action after that wouldn't have any point. We go in 2 weeks time. I suppose we just have to wait and see how it pans out.

We live in Deal and DH works for P&O Ferries and they have had to anchored off the Goodwin sands. It is mayhem on the Motorway and for people living in and around Dover getting to work or home is awful... Drives us mad

Im going on Monday by ferry and slightly worried at the prospect of huge delays. Fubgers crossed this industrial action is over and everything's back to normal by then!
