Linking bookings on app

Hi folks, how have you found linking bookings on the app? My daughter had already booked a trip for next year, then I booked for the same date and hotel later. I've tried linking them through the app, but while it says 'link another booking', it just keeps bringing up mine.

I would obviously like to link them, in terms of rooms close together, restaurant bookings, express passes, etc. I guess if it doesn't work I can just ring them and I'm sure they'll sort it. Was just wondering what other people's experiences have been thanks. 🙂
