I’ve gone back to Disney with the screenshot and asked them why they have made the change with no communication to customers with existing bookings and will see what they say. I shall report back.

So they came back to me, ignored my comment and told me they were sorry if I misunderstood and I can cancel the plan and receive a refund if I want 😂😂😂 Stellar customer service from Disney! 😒

Could go back again and insist they honour the original booking? I’ve done something similar before and in the end they gave in. It’s a point of principle.

I think we can all tell that DLP is being run by the Finance department these days.

I think I will try once more, but honestly it is like speaking to a brick wall. I think as much as I want to do it as a point in principle it’s becoming increasingly annoying

I wasn't aware of the change either

I've booked to take my daughter to the DL Hotel for her 13th birthday and added on the meal plan (premium as that is all you can have when staying at DL Hotel) and this is in the blurb

In table service restaurants, enjoy a dedicated menu that includes your choice of a starter, main course and dessert. In all-you-can-eat restaurants, enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet and a soft drink. In quick service restaurants, enjoy a menu that includes a main course, side and soft drink (a dessert is also included in the children menu).
I've booked for us to dine at La Table de Lumière on her birthday so no drink included for us, but the other places I've booked are buffet (Royal Banquet & Pym's).

A very disappointing and stealthily done change.

I want to give them till Tuesday as they last emailed me Tuesday 9th by then it will be 2 weeks.
