I imagine it will be this time next year. That seems to be the pattern.

Deals are virtually gone since covid. But you could always book with the zen guarantee and cancel if an offer appears.

Deals are starting to come back at WDW in USA, and I imagine it won't be long before DLP does the same. There can't be enough people to sustain their ridiculous prices. Sadly though, I suspect we'll need to wait until after the Olympics before we start to see anything.

Definitely not until after the Olympics. But to be honest, the good deals at DLP stopped when Disney wholly bought them out, years before the pandemic. Before that, you could guarantee 'under 12s free', '4 nights for 2' and 'free half board' popping up constantly. Since Disney bought them out the hotel prices rocketed.

We're going in late April/early May (just booked a little while ago) and have managed to get a budget trip.

Trains to/from our home in South Wales - 89
One night in Premier Inn St Pancras - 160
Eurostar with 35 each way offer - 140
Ibis Val d'Europe 3 nights - 293
3-day park hopper tickets from Attraction Tickets - 487

So apart from food and spends, the trip is coming out just over 1K. That's still hugely expensive compared to similar trips before covid, but it is possible to do on a relative budget.

Calendar for booking seems to a year in advance. I found the early in advance you book the cheaper it is and there is also the option to pay in instalments which is always helpful.
