Which hotel would you choose and why

If you want the convenience of being onsite but will mostly use the hotel for sleep and breakfast, then go for the cheapest of them.

If your kids like Marvel and you want that experience, then go for Hotel New York. It will probably be the priciest of them.

Cheyenne or Sequoia, these are usually similar prices (since Cheyenne has been refurbished and Sequoia is pending a re-furb). I always would opt for the cheaper option as you're hardly ever in the room & then you have some extra cash for lovely meals and shopping!
I only opt for the Sequoia out of the two because it is slightly closer!

We stayed at the Cheyenne, was good for what we needed and literally on slept there, shuttle is quick, there is a bar, restaurant and gift shop, what more could you want.
