First timer... pls help!
Help I'm really confused with which station I should be getting eurostar to. I will be staying in the val de europe area. I'm told I need to get to marne le cheesy and walk from there but do I get the eurostar to lille europe or gare du nord? And how do I get to marne le cheesy from either station? I can't find what sort of tickets i will need from the station and how much they even are! And how do I find my way around the station, is ot easy? Probably panicking over nothing but this is all new to me!

The station for Disneyland Paris is Marne La Vallee Chessy - so this is the stop that you want to get the Eurostar to if you're not planning to go through central Paris (which is Gare Du Nord).
There is currently no direct Eurostar from London to Marne La Vallee Chessy (there used to be one in the past). You can still search on the Eurostar website for trains from London to Marne La Vallee Chessy though, and you should get itineraries for London-Lille Europe (Eurostar) connecting to Lille Europe-Marne La Vallee Chessy (TGV). You should be able to book the entire trip (London-Lille-Marne La Vallee Chessy) on the Eurostar website. Val d'Europe is 1 RER stop away from Marne La Vallee Chessy, fairly easy to get the RER there and RER trains run very regularly. It's been a very long time since I've made this journey but I remember it being fairly straightforward to transit at Lille Europe and also to navigate at Marne La Vallee Chessy! Hopefully it is still straightforward now (if nothing much has changed)!

There is a good offer on Eurostar at the moment - £35 each way (only certain times).
That's to Gare du Nord which is actually in Paris, unlike Marne la Vallee Chessy which is near Disney. However, getting to Disney from Gare du Nord is very easy. The RER costs about 5 Euros and takes about 45 minutes. There are lots of YouTube videos showing you exactly what to do and where to do. You would want to get off at Val d'Europe which is the stop before Marne la Vallee Chessy. Which hotel are you staying at?
