Disneyland Hotel from train station

We are lucky enough to be staying in the Disneyland Hotel for a couple of nights while on holiday in France. We'll be in Paris initially and plan on getting the train to DLP early (hoping we might get there early enough for extra magic hours but we'll see how that goes!)
I'm wondering how we get into the hotel from the train station? Do we go through the normal security queue as if we were heading into the park? (We'll have a couple of 23kg suitcases so do these go through the normal security scanner?) thanks for any info

Yes, head towards the park and go through the security entrance. The hotel will then be in front of you, but the hotel entrance is on the right hand side. Five minute walk max once through security.

Thanks kenville, thought that might be the case but wasn't 100% - good to know for sure

Just a note - check your luggage would meet park rules. I once did the same (for Newport Bay) but was turned around and sent to the shuttles because I had a bottle of wine in my suitcase.

Thanks for the info, will have to check the t&c's for entering through security to make sure we don't get caught out - would be an annoying start to our few days there. Thanks
