Another 1lb off this week. Expecting a gain next week. Off to the city with my sisters for a couple of days Florida shopping. 😁 Vodka will be involved. Hic!

Weight loss is achieved by being in a calorific deficit, what ever the plan is called. Good old fashioned calorie counting works, I use a fitbit to track my calories burned and make sure my intake doesn't exceed this using MFP. You need to remember as you get closer to your goal weight your 'free' food portions need to be adjusted as you will no longer be burning the calories that you were as a bigger person. Otherwise you will be on the merry-go-round of putting the weight back on. Good Luck

Great advice!

When I was nearly 15 stone I’d burn 1500 calories doing a 10k run

Now I only burn 500 😭

I back to slimming world after had two replacement knees. I only lost 3 half lbs in three weeks and last week was maintain. I am surprised that it take slowly to lost weight this times.

Well today I have lost 1 stone and half a pound I am so pleased not easy but easier than I thought.
