I know Sheriffs in Scotland take a very very dim view to those breaching order they give. The sending of the Amazon parcel regardless of whose account it was is contact and actually could be considered as intimidation. Its often used by people to 'remind' them of who they are dealing with. He thinks he is being smart but I am fairly certain that neither the police or the courts will see it the same. Your daughter needs to tell someone even if its her solicitor as they must know what he is doing.
Please trust the police in this matter too as sadly they deal with one too many domestic incidents and violent partners. I would also close down the Amazon account because as well as her seeing what he had bought he can see hers. Same with her email passwords, social media etc, change everything! Dont allow him the space to get in her head and make her believe he wont do it again or that he has changed. Its manipulation. Edited at 03:09 PM. |
