One big advantage of Virgin is the Disney Springs check in on the morning of the flight , check in get your boarding passes , luggage goes away and you get to enjoy a goodly amount of time in the parks on your last day. I think it works out at $10 pp and is just great. Also if you book Economy Delight or above you get TSA Pre Check included which means much faster through security at the airport on you way home.

Not sure where you are staying but the Magical Express only transfers to/from Orlando Int (Virgin) rather than Sanford (Tui)

Virgin premium over TUI premium if price is roughly the same.

Cant say about PE but generally not much between them for us
We used to use Disney Springs with Virgin but one year their system crashed , they got it up and running just in time but we had to stand around in the sun for an extra hour, never again

The good thing about Tui is their flights leave earlier, so you get there before all the BA and Virgin flights at around 3 hours later.
We dont do Virgin Check in at DTD anymore, its just easier to take your luggage if you are getting the Magical Express from your resort. (Put it in Bell Services when u check out)

We've been twice tui premium and loved it. Love the dreamliner and the lounge access and find Sanford so easy to use. For this year, we got a surprisingly good price from virgin so are giving them a go. The extra luggage allowance is appealing but they keep changing our flight times and I'm starting to really worry about flying into MCO because I can't stand for long. So we have booked with tui again next year. I did look at virgin's prices and tui came out much cheaper too which helped our decision!
