Insect bites worst i have ever had

This holiday has been the worst for Insect bites. Past few times i have been hardly anything but im so itchy with a couple of nasty ones. Obviously multiple diff beasts have bitten me.

More likely to be no-see-ums rather than Mozzies, they always get me too and they bite multiple times and can cause little blisters that itch like mad. High deet seems to work better than the skin so soft avon stuff which they seem to like lol

Oh dear 😫 I swear by Avon Skin So Soft and haven’t been bitten for years 👍

It's very much down to the individual person unfortunately. Hormones play a big part too

I was bitten about 100 times on our 2nd day at wekiva state! Still itchy 2 weeks later!

We were camping in the New Forest at the weekend and I was bitten 8-10 times around my left knee over the time we were there.

Today my knee is still incredibly itchy and really quite swollen - I've never had anything like it before.

I got two bites on my calf this time, hubby got two in exactly same spot. I never usually get bitten. They stopped itching after a couple of days.

I’m suffering with awful bites this year that bruise, itch like crazy and take ages to go. This is just at home too.

Hubby just got bitten here in the UK on Sunday, his arm came up with a lump the size of half an egg. I drew round it in the end so we could watch it for infection
