I do enjoy the FOP queue, we were lucky to get a FP for our first ride, then on our second visit to AK we braved the main queue as it was "only" 60 minutes. The kids loved seeing the full sized Na'avi in the hydrochamber! I enjoy the Tower of Terror too, really sets the mood for the ride!

Kong is our favourite queue. No matter how many times we do it we are always scared despite being prepared!

Soarin' used to have an interactive/games bit for the standby queue. As does Winnie the Pooh, Haunted Mansion, Dumbo (well, it has a play area for kids), Big Thunder Mountain, 7DMT and Space Mountain. Also, some of the queues are well themed (eg. Everest and Tower of Terror). However, I don't think you miss a great deal by fastpassing any of these.

Test Track has the "design a car" bit but you join the queue at that point when fastpassing it so you don't miss it out. I believe you do with the single rider line though.
