Just booked Top of the World at the Stratosphere

We are taking a limo from the airport to our hotel (The Luxor) i also want to ask the driver to stop by the Las Vegas sign for photos. I am not sure how we are getting to the Stratosphere, i spoke to my friend last night and she has booked it via the Virgin rep.

The bit of Strip between the Stratosphere ( I take it you mean from there ) to the Venetian is the older half of the strip and IMO not that much to see. You will pass Circus Circus, Riviera, The Wynn but not much more. Where as from the Venetian down towards the airport end you will pass all the "Sights" ... Maybe if you want to see the whole strip you could book to get picked up at the Stratosphere and travel all the way down to MandalayBay and then back up to the Venetian? Not sure what would be the best plan.
Maybe some of out more experienced LV visitors could offer some suggestions

We didn't do the meal up there, but we stayed at the hotel and did a couple of the rides. I really enjoyed it, we got some great pics up there through the day and the rides were a bit scary. I think that the price is worth it for a special meal, and it was really special up there.

Hi, my friend booked it via the Virgin rep, she is doing a package hols, i am just meeting them in Vegas and hitching a ride from the airport!

There are often limo's outside the airport terminal touting for business. Remember that usually the taxis and Limos don't use the strip to get to the hotels they use the back roads as they are usually run faster.
