Thanks for the feedback JRJ
Yup - we had one when we took Mel's Mum Christine in her wheelchair last year. If you have a guest with a disability, please bring it to the attention of the check in staff. They couldn't have been more helpful to ensure that Christine had the most comfortable and magical experience possible.

Our train left at 10.28 and we arrived about 08.30 (mainly because my dad's disabled and we didn't know how long it would take to organise assistance etc). The Disney desk opened about 9.15 and people moved down the queue really quickly (there were 4 Disney Staff). The security check in area though (which is the first area you go through before you even get to Disney check in) got really busy around 9.45 and I remember thinking, 'I'm glad I'm not in that queue'. I'd get there early again, it's a clean and comfy waiting area with a few nice coffee bars etc so we wouldn't mind waiting.
Have a great trip! |

on our recent trip, we left our bags at the station went to the hotel about 4.30 pm and had no problem getting our 7am breakfast slot, that was at the hotel new york,
also something else to bear in mind for a few days into your holiday, the characters arrive at 8am, 8.30, 9am, and 9.30 so if you want some nice piccies without the scrum, its well worth hanging around the hotel, we did this on our last day and were really chuffed with the pictures (sorry off topic i know ) |

That's really good to know! Are those times valid for all hotels?

ALL the hotel lobbies/reception areas will have an Activities or Daily Events board.
This will list what times, who and when the characters will be out, as well as listing any other fun events and happenings going on around the hotel. If you cant see or find the board, just ask reception - they'll point you the right way.
