Has terror alert caused anyone to cancel?

just back today from 2 nights 3 days. I thought the parks were quiet, Thursday was very quiet, didnt even need to use fastpass, Friday quiet too, even today was busy but not the usual DLP weekend madness. I wonder if the terror threats having an impact?

Our first ever time to Florida was due to be just 3 days after 9/11, it was cancelled obviously but I made sure we booked again as soon as possible because I know if I didn't, I would never get on a plane again- we flew 4 weeks later.

Summer 2008 we were in Florida when they had the liquids alert but I knew security would be really hot so we didn't worry.

I must admit though that the 9/11 tragedy is the main cause of my fear of flying but if I let that stop me I'd never go anywhere.

i was a little worried when we were in parks and at CDG, especially when a guy jumped out of his seat on Startours, didnt even undo his seatbelt, just ran out, stood on seat nearly jumped on me and my sister, and I was convinced hed left a bomb under his seat... think he must have just had a panic attck though.

Security was no tighter in the parks, the usual might as well not bother bag check.

dunno about anyone else but I was bag checked a few times this week and they x-rayed it everytime

I'm off to London for a break at half term. I must admit I'm a little more nervous, but I would never change my plans. If you do that, then they've won.
