Standard rooms are now in the main building (since April 2011). If you booked early like us and paid for a Montana room, you will be in the lodges unless you contact them and ask to be in the main building (in which case you will receive a refund for the difference). We stayed in the main building in Sept last year and requested a low floor in a quiet area which was perfect - rarely heard anything! We are going again this July and have booked using the low floor, quiet room and no smoking but did have to ask to be changed back to the main building.

Standard rooms are in the main building. Montana rooms are now in the lodges. Phone the French customer services in James' sticky on contact numbers, the customer service rep just said there would be a refund on our cards within 6 weeks, took about 3. Lake view rooms are in the main building.

We booked a lake view last week and had a lovely view of sheeted scaffold! When I complained (expecting a refund of the extra I had paid) I was offered an upgraded non lake view room in the main building (supposedly the same price grade). I was eventually put in a suite (very nice but the beds were not brilliant and I guess the room is due to be refurbished very soon) which wasn't supposed to have a lake view. The following day the scaffold was taken down and we had a lovely view of the lake and Disney Village. Refurbishment is well underway and is much in evidence around the hotel at the moment. We went swimming and had to find an alternative route back as the route we used was closed while we were in the pool for the rooms to be upgraded!

My fiance and I went to DLP in March just before he deployed to the middle east for 7months. I emailed Disney to ask if they could do anything, they said they would see what they could do. When we got there we had been upgraded to the Honeymoon suite! It was the end of the main building with a massive terrace (too big to be called a balcony!) I'll try and get the room number for you to see if you can request it! xxx
