Lady said 24 48 hours to me. getting a cancellation one always a worry isn't it ! should be fine

Ah 're read your post. You have received a cancel email. I still have not received anything. Just checked my booking on my Disney account & all my payments and add ons have been updated. Have you checked yours.

I've rang them all ok !
I rang to take cafe mickey off upgraded to plus meal plan for £8 more happy as all the Buffetts i love in with that plan and we can do cafe mickey twice if I like last on site stay for a few years so making the most of this trip x

Sorry to hijack, but if I've booked with a deposit and have yet to pay the remainder off, can I get them to change the new offer, which works out cheaper?

I think as long as you are giving them more money they are happy the girl this morning said no only new bookings,I told I've done this loads of times and it was fine.I paid out an extra £76 today but have the holiday I really want SL half board plus very happy

I got the cancellation email too this afternoon. Phoned up and they said it was a technical glitch and the booking is fine.

I booked on Saturday night, just gone on to rebook same package for mother and father in law and there's is £56 more than ours, we got the the 2 night free offer
