Help !

Hi can anyone tell me how to post a picture on a post, I have tried to copy photo and paste it but that doesn't work and I have looked under user Q & A but don't understand it :angry:

The photo will need to be uploaded to the internet first. Somewhere like photo bucket. Then follow these instructions.

You need to upload it somewhere like Photobucket first.
