As long as you have the right name on your MLife account, I don't think it matters what name you have on your facebook account. I have a facebook alias that I use for things like this and it's not my real name.

It does (or rather should) matter, the name on the voucher has to match that on your ID and Mlife account because you have to be over 21 to play..and all are supposed to match up to verify this.

Maybe depends on who's checking the vouchers but when we exchanged ours they were pretty strict on checking everything matched up.

Otherwise you could use anyone's facebook account to earn the coins.

Ok to redeem your gold coins

a)Go to MyVegas choose the reward you want click on it , follow instructions and print out the voucher ... if the reward is 50000 gold coins and you have 100000 it deducts the 50000 from your total.
B) When in Vegas go to any Mlife desk in any MGM hotel and sign up
c)Take the voucher, Mlife card and you ID to the Mlife desk in the hotel where the reward is ie Secret Garden you would go to the Mirage.
They check it all matches and give you a ticket to take to the entrance of the secret garden.

Some rewards you will need to sign upto different clubs like the Circus Circus buffet you need to sign upto the Circus Circus club, any used in the Palace hotels needs signing up to their players club and so on..

The name on the voucher and the MLife card are the same as my ID, but the facebook account is different. There are lots of people who play MyVegas who are called things like "Tony MyVegas" which I'm sure isn't their real name!

No they don't log into your account...

To get the voucher go to MyVegas and select the reward you want assuming you have enough gold coins for it...follow the instructions and print it off.

Take that voucher, your ID and you Mlife card. (you need to go to a MLIFE desk in any MGM hotel and sign up for a players card) to the Mlife desk in the hotel where the attraction or buffet is... they then check it all, keep the voucher you printed off and give you another one that gets you into the attraction or buffet or whatever.

So, im still contemplating how to best use my points for Ka tickets!

Can I use some for the full ticket (40000) & some for the free companion ticket (5000), in theory only having to pay for 1 full ticket but using two rewards?

I don't know tbh.. it says on the companion ticket t&c's "this reward is limited to 3 per myvegas account"... Doesn't actually say you can't use it alongside another reward.

You could email and ask info@myvegas.com at least then you would know for definite.
