Exclusively American make up brand?

Hi.

Just wondering if there are any make up brand that I should keep a look out for over there?

I've heard about Elf.

I don't mean the like of Mac that I can find here but more like brand I can't find here but are very good.

Makeup Forever is brilliant makeup and whilst you can get it here, it is very limited to online so unable to match shades etc.

The MUFE HD foundation is amazing.

Totally agree with this. I always stock up on MUFE HD foundation. Think it's around $50,I get mine from Sephora. Get them to colour match it for you. I aways get a makeover there and end up buying loads.

Tarte! You can get it here now (QVC) but obviously not the full range etc.

As for Mac, whilst you can get it in the UK, some items are considerably cheaper in the US. Here, the single eyeshadow pans are £10 each. In the US their permanent price is now only $6!

LA Splash, Kat Von D (although this comes to debenhams in October! ), like crime, sugarpill, melt cosmetics, colorpop, the list is endless! It's worth noting that even brands you can get over here like urban decay have much bigger ranges in the states, so it's still worth checking them

Sephora own brand liquid lipsticks are amazing, I prefer them to my anastasia ones. Ulta near the mall at millennia sell it cosmetics which is good too, and tarte which is only available here (limited) on qvc .
