International Plaza Tampa

Hi,

someone has told my wife about the International Plaza in Tampa and is considering going. Is it worth the hassle? I have checked Google and is approximately 90 minutes from SSR. We usually go to the Mall At Millenia, from what I can see its just another Mall (had a row for saying this) and am not fussed. Are we missing something if we don't go

It's got some fancy stores, but IMO not worth a special trip. If you're already in Tampa then yes.

Similar to MoM but bigger & with more stores; we go there but stay in the Tampa Bay Area; may not be worth the journey from Orlando; it gets very busy at the weekend.

Not sure it is worth a special trip, but we always go there on our way to st petes beach, it is not classed as a tourist mall so has sales and promotions that you don't see at Florida mall and mom, this is also the same at altamonte mall just north of Orlando, they have all the Abercrombie sales that Florida mall don't have.

We've been a couple of times when visiting Clearwater / Busch Gardens or flying in/out of Tampa Airport. I would't make a special trip unless you are nearby for one of those reasons...
