! C@nfused!
Hi all,
I booked our VA flights and car hire through a travel agent and our Disney & Universal through Virgin Holidays. It's all getting very confusing eg - I called VA to find out how much it would cost to upgrade our seats and they advised me to call my travel agent, I asked while I was on can you confirm my theme park tickets have been sent and they said I need to call VH! As we didn't book the flights & villa through VH i'm assuming we have to pay the £10pp for the check in at DTD - is this correct? And does anyone know if our kids get the fun packs on the flight or is this part of VH too. Not sure which would be best to find out from TA, VA or VH!?! so I was hoping you lovely people will have the answer! Thanks guys Clare x |

OK, Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays are basically 2 separate companies, so re. your tickets, yes you would need to call Virgin Holidays. Re. your flights, as you booked through a TA, you'll need to liaise with the TA, you won't be able to do anything to your tickets (i.e. upgrade) with Virgin Atlantic directly. As long as you're flying Virgin Atlantic then you can use the DTD check-in, but you'll need to pay the $10 per person to use the facility as you've not booked flights/package through Virgin Holidays. I can't help re. the kids packs but I would have thought so |

I'm pretty sure all kids on board get a kids pack, we booked through a TA last year and my DD still got one
