We were thinking that we will leave the shopping till later on in the holiday - also boyfriend gets paid while we are away in the last week so we will have some extra on the debit card if its needed.

We spent £1000 in 10 days. We didn't go without and treated ourselves while there. I was very surprised to actually come home with some dollars! Oh, that was 3 of us.

I usually allow for $100 a day for two adults and a child. That is always more than enough. We eat what we like, where we like and do our fair share of shopping, yet I still end up spending dollars like a madman at the airport on the way home to get rid of them. This year I brought $60 home that I didn't manage to spend.

If you've got your park tickets, that only leaves food and petrol to pay for that are essential and you will struggle to spend $100 a day on those.

I have never been before so i can only go on the advice that i've received.

We are staying there for 2 weeks and all tickets (Disney and non Disney) are covered, and we're taking $3000.

I'm hoping thats enough!

Wow! That's over $200 a day. I hope you've got a big suitcase and good baggage allowance for all the shopping you'll bring back!
