The only time we ever bought hopper tickets was the first time we went. Only hopped once and have never bothered with them since. Like stevered1, we like to stay in the one park all day and make the most of it.
Looking at the time you are going , I think its a wise decision to do mostly Disney in the first week and Seaworld etc in the second as its Spring Break time and the parks will be a tad busy.
We actually arrive the weekend after you [31st] and are doing the same thing, Disney first week and Seaworld & Busch Gardens the second week. Our second week is the run up to Easter weekend, and I dont take to crowds very well.

Try and build in some rest and also some shopping days otherwise you will need another holiday to get over your first !

If you do too much you might even get Disney overload whereby things start to lose their magic because everything is SO good the wow factor stops kicking in.

Don't try and do EVERYTHING because you never will, and you simply MUST have an excuse to go back again (and again) !

1996 was going to be a one off, holiday of a lifetime for us... and 10 years later yeah you've guessed it, we're all off again next year. Once you've experienced the magic, you are well and truly hooked mate and there's no patches or potions to help you ! but would you want to be helped ? not on your life lol.

Oh sorry, suggestions - relax and enjoy it because you're in for a ball !
